The New York Times: Amazon Ends Use of Arbitration for Customer Disputes

The New York Times today reported on Amazon’s announcement that it will no longer require customers to resolve their legal complaints through arbitration. This significant retreat comes after Keller Postman (formerly Keller Lenkner) filed approximately 75,000 arbitration demands alleging that Amazon was recording users of its Alexa devices without consent.
