Prior to joining Keller Postman, Tara was VP of Human Resources and Operations at Downwrite, a music technology platform, where she partnered with the founders to build out the HR function and establish scalable processes and procedures for internal operations. Prior to Downwrite, Tara was VP of Human Resources and Operations for Ferguson Partners, a global executive search and consulting firm that focused on all aspects of talent management within the real estate, financial services, and related industries. At Ferguson, Tara oversaw all aspects of global HR, but primarily focused on HR strategy, talent acquisition and retention, as well as employee coaching and conflict resolution. Additionally, she spearheaded many internal initiatives and formed several committees such as the rewards and recognition committee, operating committee and the diversity and inclusion committee. Tara earned her undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in music performance and education from Roosevelt University.
