Allie Cull is an Attorney at Keller Postman, where she leverages her extensive knowledge in medical malpractice litigation to advocate for injured individuals and their families in product liability and mass tort cases. Her litigation prowess is particularly effective against large corporations, stemming from her background on the defense side.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Allie represented nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians, hospitals, and long-term care providers in medical malpractice actions, including cases involving neglect, negligence, and wrongful death. She also has experience in first-party insurance defense litigation, handling catastrophe-related claims, unfair claim practice suits, and builder’s risk claims. Her practice further encompassed general insurance defense, general negligence claims, auto and trucking actions, as well as eviction and bankruptcy cases.

Allie began her legal career at a Fortune 500 Title Insurance Company, focusing on title insurance defense.

Allie earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt Law School in 2021, following a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Michigan State University in 2017. She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Nebraska.
