Chris co-chairs the firm’s Illinois personal injury practice. He focuses his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases and works directly with clients at every phase of litigation from initial intake through jury verdict. Chris also works on complex product liability and mass tort cases. Currently, he represents plaintiffs nationwide against manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of the heartburn medication Zantac.
Prior to joining Keller Postman, Chris was an attorney at Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago, where he represented individuals harmed in medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases. Throughout his career, Chris has successfully litigated cases against major corporations, healthcare facilities, and insurance companies, securing more than $100 million for his clients.
Chris is a recognized leader in plaintiff advocacy. He has been recognized for his legal excellence with multiple honors. He has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 Plaintiff Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers for 2024, a 2025 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and One to Watch in America by Best Lawyers.
Chris earned his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was a Dean’s List student and was honored as a four-time CALI award recipient for the highest grade in the class for Forensic Evidence, Bankruptcy, Mediation, and Sports Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Honorable Clare E. McWilliams.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was a member of the National Honor Society for Communication Scholars.
