Laura Shannon is a Law Clerk at Keller Postman LLC. She combines her passion for plaintiffs with her tireless work ethic to ensure our clients receive the highest quality legal representation.

At Keller Postman, Laura focuses on mass tort cases, including federal multi-district litigations that center products liability and consumer protection claims.

After serving as a summer Associate at Keller Postman, Laura re-joined the firm after graduating law school. Laura graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, she was the Topic Access and Recruitment Editor on The University of Chicago Law Review. During law school, Laura also participated in the Federal Criminal Justice Clinic and founded the Chicago Plaintiffs’ Law Association.

Laura also was involved in the founding, and served as the first president, of the National Plaintiff’s Law Association—a 501(c)3 non-profit, dedicated to increasing law student awareness of and access to opportunities on the plaintiffs’ side. Through Laura’s work with NPLA, more students are able to represent the interests of victims of misconduct or negligence, advocate for justice, and hold powerful interests accountable for their actions.
