At Keller Postman, Michael’s practice focuses on product liability and consumer protection. He works to advance his clients’ interests through drafting motions, fact discovery and depositions, expert development and reports, and client management.
Of past notable matters, Michael worked on the TurboTax arbitration campaign, where he participated in hearings, drafted multiple summary judgment motions a day, and worked closely with clients to achieve favorable results. His work contributed to a successful settlement of all claims against TurboTax and monetary recovery for his clients. He also worked on the 3M Combat Arms Earplug litigation, where he took and defended fact and expert witness depositions and drafted legal briefs in support of his client’s cases.
Michael is an experienced litigator who has defended and prosecuted a wide variety of cases in federal and state court, as well as arbitrations. He was previously an attorney at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, securities fraud, patent, intellectual property, employment, and other litigation matters.
Michael received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He earned undergraduate degrees in biology and political science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
