Shane is a committed and passionate advocate for plaintiffs. He leverages his experience litigating against powerful corporate defendants to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
At Keller Postman, Shane concentrates his practice on antitrust and other consumer protection matters. He currently represents consumers in three putative class actions challenging Amazon’s anticompetitive pricing policies. Shane also represents a coalition of states challenging Google’s anticompetitive and deceptive conduct in various advertising technology markets.
Before joining Keller Postman, Shane was a litigation associate at Baker McKenzie, where his practice focused on post-acquisition disputes and SEC enforcement matters. Throughout his career, Shane has also devoted significant time and effort to his pro bono practice. In 2022, he was named volunteer of the year for the Center for Disability and Elder Law in Chicago.
Shane graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
